Satisfy YourSELF!

by on August 11, 2010

And I’d like to begin by saying …. I know what you’re thinking!!

And this video is not about that! (It was just a deliciously naughty ploy to get you to read this hehehe)

But now that I have your attention, let me ask you this?

  • Are you Satisfied with yourself?
  • Do you ever go to be vaguely dissatisfied with what you achieved during the day?
  • If you died tomorrow, how long would your shoulda/woulda/coulda list be?

Here’s my new insight on this subject …. seriously, it’s profound and it’s going to have an enormous impact on how I tackle my post-Starbucks life.

So, Sweet One, what do you think?
ARE you satisfied with yourself? Where you are now and the things you’ve done so far?
What could be better?
Make a list but don’t forget to pat yourself on the back for all the things you’ve Already done right!

And after you’ve opted in – you have opted in, right? – do share your list below so we can hold you accountable and cheer you on.

Life is too short to be Ordinary, dahlings!

of COURSE you have the most fabulous journal, i love it!

ahhh, what is your WHY… the proverbial question!

you have done a terrific job digging deep and finding your dream. i was on a coaching call yesterday where i learned about how to approach goal setting. the leader talked about FEELING how you will feel when you attain your goal (ie. freedom, leaving a legacy, etc.) rather than the steps it takes to get there or the material rewards.

thanks for the great post and fabulous video jacqui, you are a joy to watch!

(…and i’m so excited for H&SB network!!!)

Wow, Jacqui, Did you feel your energy when you said what you wanted. It was so powerful. You will do it! Thanks for your honesty and openness. I am working on what I want.. and of course the little voice that says “yah right”. But I am getting clearer on what I want. The journey is so much fun, even if the road has many bumps along the way. As you say you get what you need or you give what someone else needs. Things happen for a reason. No regrets.

YES, I’m satisfied with myself! And though I still have dreams that I’m still working on, I could honestly say that I’m living most of what I’ve dreamt for myself and my family. Life is all about the journey, you have goals that once you’ve achieved, will just have moved you forward, and then comes new set of goals and dreams. Ya just have to keep on moving forward… Love the title and your message!

Yes we’ve all been told or heard at some point in our lives that if you truly believe something – have faith that it will happen – it will happen. Now I know a lot of people don’t completely accept that idea and then there are those who say they practice it – but really don’t practice it – they just think they do. Then are those who truly practice Believing and have tremendous success. Ever wonder why or how they do that? There are a number of steps involved in the Practice of Believing – and you really need to have it all in place before this Practice of Believing can help you achieve your goals.
