Do you ever have one of those days where you have Soooo much to do that you’re overwhelmed before you even get out of bed?
Me too. Today was one of them.
Here’s the antidote.
You’re welcome 🙂
But wait! There’s more!
Seriously – there’s another Very Important Principle I wanted to share with you but it’s too valuable to be just an add-on to this video.
Opt-in to my list to catch the second half tomorrow.
Blissings, dahlings.

Jacqueline,
I love this , never thought about the 15 min day, i give specifics to my times, so things take longer than 15 minutes and like to finish them but i want to try this 🙂 Hope you are having fun in your 15 minute spurts …
Thanks, Chris. It is fun for me ~ I’d love to know how it works for you.
Jacqueline,
15 minute segments, to me, feels like more pressure and stress. I like to eat a good breakfast and then just delve into my tasks for the day. Often, once I get started, it takes longer than I anticipated and interruptions disrupt the flow But then I always reach a point where I just have to stop – and I go out to do something else (the gym, a walk, lunch). One day I’ll try your idea and see how it works.
Erica
Dr Erica, I have to admit that my hubby and son don’t get the 15 minute system either. Like you, they prefer just go with the flow. Maybe it’s a personality thing, like Tracey suggests?
Anyway, if you do decide to try it one day, do pop back and let me know how it went, won’t you?
Dear Goddess Jacqueline
What a super idea! I was trying to do this in one hour time limits, but seeing this I am going to cut it down and see what happens. Tomorrow I will buy a timer!
Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful idea.
Donna
Sometimes, depending on the task, I will set the timer for 30 mins, or do 2 x 15’s, but most of the time, with lazer focus, I find I’m done in the time allotted.
Let me know how you enjoy the timer thing ~ oh and you probably have one on your stove or microwave to use in the meantime.
when i find myself procrastinating, it’s often just getting the task started that is the hardest part. i’ll bargain with myself, “just do it for a few minutes, just to get it started and come back to it later…” so then i get going, and after i get going i can easily continue for quite a bit longer or finish the task entirely.
i love the quote from joseph mcclendon iii: “even and especially when things are difficult, do it and do it NOW!”
thanks jacquie =)
What an incredibly efficient way to use your time. Sounds like you got a TON accomplished! Well THAT sure is one way to solve the next attack of the ordinaries! All hail the flylady! Love watching you straighten up your hair, you are so authentic!
Kimberly
Love your idea Jacqueline and have every intention of trying it because I feel so overwhelmed with so many things that I have to do and want to do every day it seems. For me it’s also time to go back to learn from FlyLady, I used to follow her years ago. Thank you. 🙂
